Combine the ground beef, bacon and cheddar to form the cheeseburger patties. Then salt the outside of the burgers to lock in the juices.

Start grilling on direct heat to sear the outside, then move to indirect to cook the inside of the burger.

Grill to Perfection Don't press down on the burger patty with a spatula when cooking. This will squeeze out all those tasty juices.
