Blueberry  POUND CAKE Recipe

Butter & Milk

Step 1

Prepare the oven and baking pan and then Measure and Mix the batter. Start with the dry ingredients.

In the stand mixer bowl, add the butter and sugar to cream, then the eggs one at a time. Next, alternate the flour, and flavorings.milk.

Step 3

Prepare the blueberries by rinsing them and patting dry first. Then toss in the remaining flour to coat.

Step 4

Finally, fold the berries into the pound cake batter, pour into the greased pan, and smooth out the top. Then bake to perfection.
