Mix the cake and grease the pan. Melt the jam in the microwave. Mix a batch of Chantilly Cream Icing.
Begin with a stand mixer and a box cake mix. Bake the cake as instructed on the mix, hen allow to cool. Then add the melted jam to the cake and top with Chantilly Cream Topping.
Homemade Chantilly Icing is not difficult. It comes together easily and I promise it is so good you will be lucky if it makes it from the bowl to the cake!
Garnish with fresh berries like... raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries.
