Merry Christmas Week! If you are like me this week, I want to keep dinner pretty simple heading into the big holiday. I will share a simple recipe for the beginning of the week, some holiday ideas, and then some easy recipes you can use leftover ham or prime rib for at the end of the week.
We share a new meal plan weekly, so check back each week. I will post the plan each Wednesday before the following week’s menu, which starts on Monday. This will give you plenty of time to shop and prep.
