peeled and diced

sliced in half

crumbled

can medium black olives
Dressing

⅓ to ½

white wine vinegar

olive oil

Dressing
Mix vinegar, olive oil and oregano together. (I shake it up in a plastic container) or you can use a whisk.
Salad
Mix diced cucumber, sliced grape tomatoes, jicama, olives and half of feta cheese together. Toss with dressing. Top with remaining feta. Serve
