Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set aside.
Melt the bark or chocolate in the microwave in 20 second intervals, stopping and stirring to help avoid it seizing up or overcooking. You can also melt over a double boiler.
Pour onto the prepared baking sheet and spread out into a rectangle.
Sprinkle on crushed oreos and m&m's, slightly pressing into the chocolate. Then add sprinkles.
Let set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or at room temperature for 2 hours, or until set.

Good Quality Chocolate: Use good quality chocolate to improve the taste. A good quality bar will melt more easily than the white chocolate chips.
Simple Option: If you want an even simpler chocolate option, you can use white or vanilla bark or melts. While, the flavor is a little different it is still delicious. This will set at room temperature with no issues.
Easy Clean Up: Use parchment paper or a silicone mat and clean up is a cinch.
Use an offset spatula to spread out the melted chocolate onto the lined baking sheet. It helps spreads nice and evenly.
Make ahead and freezing instructions: Store bark in an airtight container at room temperature in a cool, dry place or in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 months and thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
