Gather and measure all ingredients This recipe cooks quickly.
Heat skillet over medium High. In the heated skillet, place olive oil, chopped garlic, dried Italian herbs, and red pepper flakes and saute for approximately 2 minutes.
Add in frozen artichoke heartsstir gently and cook for approximately 5-6 minutes until thawed. Then stir in cherry tomatoes stirring gently to cook for approximately 2 minutes.
Next, add fresh spinach stirring gently to cook until wilted - approximately 2 minutes.
Pour Italian dressing over the ingredients and stir to combine. Then cook for 2-3 minutes until warmed through. Remove pan from heat and serve over your favorite pasta.
