Preheat Oven & Prep Baking Dish:Preheat your oven to 350°F. Butter or spray a 9x11 or medium-sized casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Make Pineapple and Cheese Filling: In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar and flour. Stir in the shredded sharp cheddar cheese until evenly mixed. Add the drained pineapple and stir until all the ingredients are well incorporated. Pour this mixture into your prepared baking dish
